Tommy’s ministry of leadership development has taken him into 48 of the 50 states, 15 foreign countries, and he has served churches with attendance from 80 to 8000. Tommy has a pioneering mindset and is known to compel leaders to expand their vision and develop their ministry team. Besides being a stewardship coach, he possesses tremendous expertise for the local church in regards to administration, membership process, and lay-ministry/lay leader development.
