This Leaders Forum is highly proactive and effective in mobilizing your team for ministry
Top-Tier Leader's Forum will provide training for every level of leader on your team—lay and helps ministries to paid full-time staff. Everyone is present for the earlier sessions, and then “groups” or levels of leaders will be dismissed, with only your high-level leaders will be present at the final session. Forum material is matched to meet the demands and expectations of each session, depending on what level of leaders are present.
